Angela Thwaites' passion for teaching is summed up by three C's:

Championing students - to develop their ideas and sometimes even change their lives

Challenging students - to break free of preconceptions and broaden their perspectives

Continuing to learn and keeping in touch with the people she has taught

Angela is a lecturer at Westminster Adult Education Service where she teaches regularly on a number of part-time courses. She is also a visiting lecturer at Richmond Adult Community College, University of Wolverhampton, University of Buckinghamshire and the University of Hertforshire.

During August 2005 Angela will be teaching a course in kilm formed glass at The Glass Furnace, Istanbul, Turkey. glassfurnace.org

She is also teaching with Max Jacquard at his studio in Kent: Greensands Barn.
